I know xTV are acquiring the patents and right to market and sell 3D Cloud TV but are they also acquiring the manufacturing licence from Telepresence Technologies?
If not, are Telepresence Tech getting a cut of that $93 mil for manufacturing the TVs and if so how much?
Is that figure also likely to include cost of install?
Just trying to do my calculations.
