Yes and no. When someone decides to manipulate a stock the main goal is to influence others. So if done right the manipulator can stop but the fear and losses from investors can take over. In the end you have to decide which is it. From the zero volume yesterday to today I think yes it is still being manipulated. Just my opinion tho.
