Because it's been stupidly oversold for no apparent reason. CBR's Net Tangible Assets per share is 49 cents. CBR has made no existential announcements, yet they share price represents a company about to fold. They have just won a $12m grant, they have just commenced their biggest OEM program in their short history, and a separate SUV program will be in production by the end of the year.
I'm not complaining, I've doubled my holding in the last month.
