If you hold reasonable volume it gives you a great chance to significantly increase your holding.
For big players wanting to increase, there are insufficient shares traded to increase a substantial quantity
"where is the incentive is the board asleep at the wheel, some good news now needs to be put out so rights issue holders have a reason to take up there entitlements."
They dont need "good news" and arent interested if you or other small players dont take up their entitlement.
The issue is fully under written, so the issue will be fully subscribed!!
