They sure have very questionable methods. And thats putting it mildly. No wonder the American Securities and Exchange Commission are investigating them. In particular Mark A. Angelo of YA Global is one of the key people being investigated. You should know that name if you read the recent notice that was sent out to CMR shareholders regarding the upcoming YA Global/Gordon Toll 95% hostile takeover bid.

Mark A. Angelo was the one who wrote and signed the letter in the notice titled: "A LETTER TO COMPASS SHAREHOLDERS FROM MARK ANGELO".

How did we ever get mixed up with that bunch...

I hear Mr Toll has teamed up again with YA Global at EMED.
Mr Toll is Chairman of EMED's Physical Risks Committee.

You have got to be kidding. If it wasn't so sad it would be funny.

What is it that makes these people untouchable and allows them to continue to operate in this fashion.
