This is another law suit where a company called NeoMedia Technologies are suing YA Global again under similar circumstance as Cobalis (and soon to be Compass Resources).
This link shows the actual summons issued against YA Global for the law suit.
In particular read points 2 and 3.
Sound familiar. Are they ruthless or what...
What do you think will happen to Compass Resources Shareholders if these guys get their way.
