I found FH very unprofessional, errant and evasive
their push to bamboozle shareholders with their gobbledygook failed

GT was allowed to vote in YA case and I assume vice versa applied, YA could vote in GT case, FH explanation was: they are unrelated parties, yet all resolutions were tied together (and one was feeding shares to the other while CMR was still trading), so morally wrong

so we/shareholders have overcome BIG obstacles, congrats to shareholders and many, MANY thanks to ASA, Cuzo & Friends of Compass
