I think it is vital that we also have SHAREHOLDER NUMBERS present at the meet tomorrow ... every hand may count so we need hands.

Also vital that a truly independent audit of share votes is conducted, so at the least, shareholder rep as well for any count. It is a grave concern to think YA may have had inside advance knowledge of the vote. I think FH should be asked atm to declare on record this has not occurred.
