HNC have the chance to show Australia China can be friends of Aussie shareholders and have a sense of what is right and what is wrong
HNC have had an olive branch extended I think four times now - asking them to join with us for a mutually beneficial purpose. I can understand thier reluctance to hoook up with a mob of recalcitrants like us not really being a legally estabished group and not understanding how when Aussies see things to be croook end to standing against it and saying no way. How does the night club song go - no way get lost stuff off (you know how it really goes lol)
Its new for us as well as them but the offer is and always has been open - Think we could work better with them who have a sense of principle and decency than others
HOpefully the proposal wll be voted down and we can negotiate with HNC - which frankly - at a personal level I would much prefer than negotiating with YAG and Bloody Toll - wouldnt spit on him if I could avoid it but if we have to negotiate with him in the end - then so be it - I would
But I see Toll and YAG as nothing more than opportunists whereas I see HNC as being in for the long haul - big difference by any yard stick so Alex if you are reading - speak to us
