ya global equity facility

As per Ya Global Equity Facility ann, the share will be issued at the lowest VWAP with 3% discount. In Ya's favor, they have good reason to keep VWAP as lower as possible. Simple calculate below based on $30m, game is on.

@0.15 total share: 200,000,000
@0.135 total share: 222,222,222
@0.1 total share: 300,000,000

Not sure how many shares they have, but as long as they got money, they can keep price lower. Assume they can use 8m(@0.169) share worth of money $1,352,000 to play around, but what they might get is more than 100,000,000 extra share, which worthy $10m at $0.1, $20m at $0.2.
