Ignore me as got the comment about defend takeover attempts...
That might well be plausible move behind this issuing equity to YA in terms of raising funds whilst creating takeover defence. As we know vultures are defintely circulating.
For people like Cohen and OCP they no doubt would be seen as vultures, whilst for shareholders they would be saviours....better to get 30-45 cents on your shares than nothing from winding up in adminstration.
Bite the bullet Gary and start polishing up your CV or better still take whats left of your shares and double your money by welcoming a takeover...OCP realise your best exit strategy is to sell....
Cohen is obviously determined to hang on at all costs...hopefully major shareholders will give him the boot when time to relect directors etc comes up..Deserves to go for things to get to where they have....
