    Please could someone confirm if YA Global are on CXY's top 20 register? I seem to remember reading a post on here mentioning that Len had raised some financing from them.

    If this is true, this would 'terrible' news IMO.

    I have high hopes for Cougar but if Len and his team have gone to this lot for money I am seriously worried about my investment...

    Hope someone more informed can shed some positive light on my suspicions.
