I understand paying Hawskwood their cash, but why pay out Ya Global, their $12 million.
Sure, Ya Global is debt, however in this environment and with difficulty obtaining credit, with a strike conversion at 17.5c, why the rush?
ADY could sit on the cash, and avoid applying for a further loan of $12m with less desirable terms next year.
