well, corruption is an issue there as it is here. More so because people are poorer. In many project in Australia there is some form of corruption.
And who wrote the global corruption report? I bet some G8 kind of institution trying to facilitate some companies move into the resource rich countries of West Africa.
And fact and wishful thinking? Bet you have been in Nigeria then, because I have. I hate when people make assumptions from their nice little city view offices!!!!
