It is not a matter of buy and/or sell here troubleshooter.
IMHO, JV123 is stating facts about the quality of our Management. Surely the God, any Manager with a bit of common sense and applied knowledge, would have been prepared with plan No.2, just in case that plan No.1 failed.
Nothing makes sense here. If the lithium side of our company was to be sold, you can't tell me that it was just come/arrived to a conclusion 10 days ago, When the Private Company was formulated.
Where are all the companies that were ready to buy a small percentage of it for more money than we got???
Have they been approached??
