Interesting you should bring up the subject of YA Global, stormboy. I was trying to do some research on them over the weekend, to see just you this 'equity funding' works, what are the pitfalls, and what companys, who have taken up their offer, have experienced.

I couldn't find too much on goggle, nor if they have a site with info about their company. More digging required

So YA Global get 6% commission + shares equivalent to LOWEST vwap in the 10 days AFTER drawdown. Watch out for price manipulation in these periods. Plus, YA Global get 36,000,000 options. Market cap currently at $50m, so if PEN use all the facility, at these sp's, YA Global will own half the company. This will mean that YA's actions with their shares will have a significant outcome for retail holders.

Certainly, junior minors will be struggling to finance their developments. The YA GLobal type deals are a possible avenue.

RED FLAG: I was listening to Guss, in the BRR....why the reference to GOLD equivilent valuation? I found it a bit lame, myself; pushing buttons????
