Official line is something along the lines of below. There is no threat to TOL so no reset. Move on please CAFA!
The clauses in the Mt Kellett convertible bond documents referred to by you only apply where the TOL is not obtained before 15 October 2012, or where the Malaysian government refuses to grant the TOL before 15 October 2012. Neither of those scenarios will arise from the injunction hearing on 10 October 2012, because the TOL has already been granted (on 5 September 2012).
The injunction hearing on 10 October 2012 only relates to the exercise of rights under the TOL (the TOL having been already been granted on 5 September 2012).
