Does anyone know why Yacov was moved out by the LifeWatch board?
From what I have researched it looks like it's due to a lack of corporate governance and him running it as a one man show.
During the time if you look at the annual reports they had a big pull back in annual revenues as the insurance/Medicare type -didn't end up paying the rebates but they completed the work.... has anyone done any research in this area for GMV and the whole modelling and risks that surrounds it?
I'll try and post some links later but if you google and dig around who was the shareholder group that moved him on, the lobbying etc that went on....it's all very interesting stuff
Naturally due to the sizeable investment I have and the massive pullback - The skeptic in me keeps digging....
