I have been a voice in the wilderness on PSA for some time now . I have just looked at some detailed reports done by AEGIS EQUITIES RESEARCH on oilers , and i am concerned how PSA price has run based on hype ,and the lack of cost data ; certified reserves of any significance ,and what this means 1 year out with the high cost of finding more offshore gas to keep the engine running . AEGIS methods are conservative and would make people think twice ??? the music could slow down here with decrease in gas flow or the loss of one well cause considerable change....it happens to the best [ eg: MXO]. Aegis has not done work on PSA , but have just done AYO if anyone wants to look at AYO website . Based on PSA's gas sales over time by gas reserves i bailed out at 46 cents . PSA price compared with the likes of AWE , ARQ , AYO, HDR is getting a little out of hand .......especially in this market of today.
