I don't understand its sluggishness. The report stated a net tangible asset backing of 34.9c per security and you can buy it for 21c. Surely that is a bargain. And, if you add to that the l.5c dividend payable on the 6th December, that's the icing on the cake. I know the housing market is volatile, but in bad times the bottom quarter of the market seems to make it through O.K. I am holding mine long term. This is the reborn, apparently well managed, Villaworld Homes which was taken over by MFS prior to the GFC. It has shaken off its MFS clothes, almost divested itself of its trust structure and looks ready to grow into a well managed and hopefully profitable low cost supplier of housing. DYOR E1
