Maybe they take the view that it is a stock in limbo given the trading halt of over 100 days and when (or if) it relists it will again show it. I know that on Comsec whilst it recognises the ASX code, it has no further info on it such as history, shareholders, announcemnts etc. I wouldn't read too much into it, although I take your point re the partner aspect.
