Yes it rather odd, and probably a reflection of our parochialism. However, as soon as they have an income from Galoc the money will show up the radar.
Galoc aside, with its capacity to pay back costs within just a few months, it hasn't quite dawned on locals that Nido are on the brink of a huge enterprise, and if this was taking place in Australian waters it would be front page news.
