With KIKs market cap floating @ 25 mill why would IMC pay @ 25 mill to farm in? Are we a sitting duck for a takeover at these prices. If a major wanted this acreage it may be more enticing to takeover KIK/NDO than to farm in. Maybe a good "probale reserves" ann from Yakal and Tindalo will improve sp in the near term.
