Barbequed scallop potatoes:
In a foil or oven proof pan combine and arrange the following:
1.5 kg sliced potatoes:
1 sliced onion.
½ cup cottage cheese
½ cup cream.
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese.
½ cup grated Parmesan.
1 to 2 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary.
2 tablespoons butter.
Salt and pepper to taste.
And some of the following if desired:
½ cup white wine.
2 tablespoons soy sauce.
2 tablespoon wocestershire.
1 dozen chopped anchovies.
Cover with foil.
Barbecue on the charcoal webber with its lid on.
When ¾ cook remove the foil and sprinkle on some cheese.
