    For those interested

    4/52 down the track

    3 good sessions with weights per week
    5 good cardio sessions
    High protein, moderate fat, very low carbs

    Start 98.6kg - 21.7% B/Fat

    Now 94kg - 14% B/Fat

    ........and lost 8 kg b/f and gained 4 kg of lean mass.

    Going great!!!

    Plenty of energy, mood great, except for the fools on H/C :))) and moving onto 2nd phase.
