    Yak, dont do it! Forget losing weight and being healthy. You are just setting yourself up for an extra long stretch in a nursing home in your later years!!!!!! LOL!!!!!!

    My weaknesses........ pizza and chocolate....... (and koolooria, and baklava and kadaifi, and tsoreki, and halva, and lookoomia.....ahh lovely lovely lookoomia..... I am sure the Greeks on HC know what I mean).

    At this rate, i should be dead within a year or two........
    But what a way to go!!!!
