I look at it more along the lines that holding shares in a company majority owed by 'anyone' brings its own risks to the table. Depending on what this 'anyone' brings, it can also de-risk.
Anyway, happy to invest in YAL however would prefer majority investor had a lower holding principally to free up share liquidity which seems to have gone a little better with Glencore's divesting.
