1. the takeover bid on USD3.6, actually is aim to Cinda and lucion, not for anyone else. these two shareholders want sell their stake on the market, but suffered by the liquidity, so Yan coal gibe them the choice, now the SP and trading volume are rising, they can sell on the market, so the plan is kind of abortion, let it be.
2. Does Yan coal as the major shareholder have the same interest with us, Yan coal answered by comfirming the dividend policy, the parent company is caring about cash div very much.
3. Compared to whc, Yal realized lower selling price. obviously, we know Yal has portion of 5500ca and below, but the company aslo pointed out that, the thermol coal selling price was lagged by nearly a quarter subject to contract. This is really I have interest in, the answer will be clear in Oct, let's see. if the ASP is moving up to AUD 400, at least we can see 1:1 SP of whc.
