there any rules however you were saying they cannot take your shares from you without selling and I was simply pointing out they could especially of the made an offer that was acceptable to glencore (now gone) and a couple of the other large holders sufficient to get to 90% and then addressed the other hurdles.
Complex but doable with or without your concent.
