    Yankaung only hold around 65 percent. Other Chinese entities own significant amount. Retail probably hold 15 percent now. Neither Chinese entities or retail will likely sell with 5 Aus dollars for a stock which is already paying roughly 20 percent dividend despite paying down debt and accumulating war chest for acquisition. The offer was not actually made . Even then YAL imdependent directors didn't approve of it. Glencore sold it's 5 percent within 15 minutes. Buyers are now sitting on 20 percent gain after a couple of months. FIRB will not likely approve of it. Therefore, it can still happen but what's the chance unless coal price drop.
