Once YAL is debt free paying Franks Divs then it will run past WHC ( whom I am a a very content investor).
ATM WHC can do buy backs. I doubt YAL can do buy backs since the majority shareholder wanted to buy YAL for a milk shake and and a bucket of chips. However if the company could somehow convince the majority shareholder to sell some of its shares then YAL could become $30.00 overnight based on the metrics.
The sale by Glencore ostensibly to non Chinese aligned fundies probably has destroyed any chance that the low ball offer can be considered. This is great news for Minorities.
It will be exciting the next quarterly and the net cash position.
