The Yalbra Graphite project must have a dollar value. BUX might even be considering buying out the 15% MZM holding in the project before things really heat up as per The Next Mining Boom article. I reckon if BUX offered MZM 10 million shares in BUX then MZM might give it some thought. A sweetener of some 2017 options exerciseable at $1.00 might get the deal with the foundation investors across the line.
