re: yam ,rtm,rrs-groundzero Steady on, think you are a bit harsh-my guess is that 10-15% are bent (and not too difficult to verify thanks to googling), a further 10-15% are incompetent (overly academic, out of depth, accountants, whatever), the balance are satisfactory to very good in terms of management.

Be interesting doing a survey and seeing how different punters would describe various managements.
