this is where it gets tricky to handle as the LREE concentrate probably has 1% U/Th that exceeds thresholds for sale and handling in Australia.
now Lynas got around this shit is by not selling but sending it to Malaysia like others and let the poor kids work on wet tables cutting off the U Th
now concentration of U th in monazite, xenotime, zircon processing is unavoidable, but the government needs to realise that it can easily bury this stuff back into the ground without it even coming close to a human, and is entirely safe
