Nolans RE is apatite hosted, so they have to leach the apatite to produce MREC, thus the phosphate product comes out of the Re leach, so it's a genuine free-kick and bi-product credit. REE's problem with Cummins is that the RE is monazite hosted but the Phos is apatite hosted, so there is extra cost to float and leach two different products in two different streams. Further, the higher grade RE ore is low grade Phos and vica verca, so they have to mine ore from two different areas mostly.
