probably 12 months ago they had an American expert (DW has plenty of contacts) who visited Klebb lending his advice to the project.... Think his advice was around pumps.... l have no doubt that STX are on track and they have sought external professional advice on many fronts along the way so these guys are not blinded by ambition to the guidence of others.
