Yanzhou trades in 'H' shares on the NYSE, Hong Kong and Shanghai Exchange.
Their controlling parent company is the Yangkuang Group Company, that holds the controlling 'A' shares, and is intrinsically linked to the Chinese Government.
It appears that any bid or offer would require an agreement with both the Chinese Government and the Government of Australia.
