The Market cap of Yanzhou at US$2.6 billion is just too low to succeed in taking Felix Resources - without Chinese Government help in the guise of Shenua Energy.
I still think that BHP Billiton are just waiting and watching events. So any bid for Felix Resources would have to be over the odds to win.
