To be fair , it was David Casey that stated that ESG should be valued at 2.4 billion after the expected upgrade. To put this in context , he made that statement ' based on other recent valuations ' at the agm from memory.

Not interested in getting into an argument over future sp valuations , however you would have to agree that all analysts use past transactions partly as a guide to coming up with a number.

Personally , I'm interested in the next transaction ( whoever it is ) as that will probably give us a better idea. Of course depending on location , size etc etc..
