Completely agree.
Although I am still happy to look at this under the view of child abuse. People subject to child abuse are removed from the parents and given many years of therapy.
If a person is aggressive and is a real threat to the public including children, they are placed in an asylum for everyones protection. There is a lot of potentially abused children that one person with a bomb can make abused children.
For the sake of the children, do not allow anyone in that family out in public again.
