What I don't understand about YAM is why she decided to embrace the cultural low lights of London, instead of the highlights of her cultural origins.
Is it her tireless mission to save us from ourselves, at work again?
Sort of like an ethical/cultural Mother Theresa (sans sacrifice..of course..)?
