The problem is, HAW did this deal with a small, unproven exploration company without the same size and expertise as the medium to larger players in the area. The fact that LCY's SP has tanked since the deal was signed doesn't inspire me with confidence. A deal with JMS would have been much much better, but then the directors wouldn't have been able to issue their blocking stake.
