He doesn't read hotcopper unless he reads under another username. If you know how to use hotcopper you will see that he doesn't as he originally stated.
Did it ever occur to you that he may be aware that he has promised so much and hence why he is not saying too much until he has some runs on the board?
It's risky business at this end of town and history is not good, so you should decide yes or no before it goes up or down!
