I have always found it good service, but then i am a shareholder
The wait can be long, and i have spoken to the company sec about it.
He says they are just experiencing massive new customer growth, and are constantly putting on new staff and training them to try to keep up with demand.
I'm happy the numbers are growing hugely, but of course would like to see them manage this a bit better once their staff ing is relative to new customers.
That is their goal
