Time for promises alone have long gone.
Time for action.
Ecosystem and partners are great if they can produce results.
This is also why there needs to be performance based rewards. Participation trophies can stay in kindergarten.
This is a cut throat capitalist world, only those who produce results need to stay and get properly rewarded.
