My interpratation of PEN.
In the heat of battle stated that .033 .034 needed to be broken for a breakout. .034 is the LONGTERM resistance.
.035 on the daily and Weekly would definetly signal a breakout.
Technical analysis is an art,, but to make money you need to know the SIGNIFICANT turning points on a chart and trade accordingly.
