Thanks Crowmagnonman. I have done a major study of Termite control and am involved in research for biological control agents to control them. Termiticide treatments are not good because they will ultimately fail, relatively quickly. The best treatments are the bait based treatments, like Sentricon. There is another called FirstLine that is not as successful as Sentricon, it does not eliminate colonies, the key to control. Further, there is another that works just the same as Sentricon, I cannot remember its name, but it is as good as Sentricon. But they do not come cheap. Finally, termites love to have water around, always keep your house free of water leaks.
