I read it as there has been a 2 week delay to the live testing? Please correct me if I am wrong.
How do they continue to miss their self-imposed timelines by so much? Surely MCO has been through a considerable learning curve that when you publicise timescales you allow for contingencies, and aim to under promise and overdeliver, not the other way round?
