Yaya would not be concerned in the least. As long as the company remains listed they will draw down shares to sell on the market, fairly much a company inflicting cut after cut upon itself.
It is what penny dreadful companies have to resort to for any funding and it would seem that is where ISF truly resides. Worth a play around for a trade but how ordinary have they been......always made me laugh when a big headline would appear about a contract signed when in many cases it was rolling over existing business.
