Darlin - can I ask if you actually read Point 1(a)?
Might be a good idea, because they actually discuss the additional items that have occured since balance day to correct this issue.
Note that they only issue their audit opinion based on the accounts as they see them assets liabilities income expenses. Not post balance day/future items.
But then as I said previously - hopefully people read it the way you do, and pick some more up cheaply.
Also just noticed the new announcement re the rights issue, at 1.4c per share. Looks like the SP will go backwards on Monday to at least that. 30% discount on current market price. 25% dilution to existing shares as well!! Can't say I'm happy about that.
